Scope
The goal of this project was to design a private group space that treats shared life as something worth keeping. A Spot is the container for a family, friend group, or team. It holds chat, Archive, bots, and the customization layer that makes one Spot feel different from another.

Process
I started from the founding thesis: chat is the input, Archive is the output. Everything that happens inside a Spot accumulates into a permanent shared record rather than disappearing. The interface was shaped around that idea. A Spot page is the face of the group, widgets are ambient group signals, and styles are a full skin rather than just a group photo.
Core Features
What's in a Spot
Members open a Spot to see the group at a glance, save moments into the Archive, apply a Spot Style, and add widgets that surface shared life like presence, recent activity, and milestones, without turning it into a ranked scoreboard. Bots (Bob, Reggie, Sunny) can be toggled on or off by any member, and changes post a system message so no one is surprised by how the space looks or behaves.
This project is still in progress. Currently in TestFlight testing with a small group before wider release.
